TWO NEW BUSINESSES MOVE TO GEMINI8 BUSINESS PARK
Acting on behalf of Northwood Urban Logistics, Davies Harrison Real Estate and B8 Real Estate have leased two further units totalling 13,500 sq ft at Gemini8 Business Park in Warrington meaning the scheme is now 65% occupied.
Evolve Transport & Logistics has taken 9,025 sq ft on a five year lease as it relocates its operations from its previous office in Bootle as part of its expansion strategy. A second unit of 4,415 sq ft has been let to the Igne Group, which has agreed a 10 year lease.
Gemini8 Business Park, which comprises 18 high specification Grade A units is already home to the NHS, Lumifil UK, Konecranes, Kenji and the VBG Group .
All units benefit from an EPC rating of B, fully fitted offices and insulated cladding. The site also offers electric vehicle (EV) charging points and secure cycle parking. Close to Warrington town centre, the Park also provides direct access to junction 8 of the M62 motorway and is only four miles from the M6.
