Bridgewater Point – Now on Site

Our clients Chancerygate and Northwood Urban Logistics are now on site at Bridgewater Point which is prominently located fronting Barton Dock Road (B5211) and Park Road / Mosley Road (B5181) in the heart of Trafford Park and 1 mile from Junction 9 of the M60 Motorway.

The development is anticipated to complete February 2024 and will comprise 16 warehouse / industrial / trade counter units measuring in size from 5,107 sq ft – 13,524 sq ft which will be available on a leasehold basis.

All the units will feature electric vehicle charging points and solar cells on their roofs. In addition, the units will be constructed from high-performance building materials to reduce CO2 emissions. The scheme is targeting an EPC rating of A and BREEAM Very Good rating. Due to these latest environmentally friendly technologies, occupational costs to the end user will be reduced.
