Construction Begins at Gemini 8 Business Park

The scheme, located adjacent to Junction 8 of the M62 Motorway, will comprise 18 units with individual units ranging in size from 4,295 sq ft to 16,754 sq ft.

The project, a joint venture between Chancerygate and international real estate firm Hines, is expected to complete March 2022 with a gross development value of £19m and is the first new build, multi-unit industrial and warehousing development of this type in Warrington for more than 10 years.
