CDP Marshall has started on site with the speculative development of a 42,000 sq ft warehouse in Irlam – the first phase of its latest industrial scheme, Eclipse. The second phase will comprise a bespoke 136,000 sq ft warehouse.
Davies Harrison Real Estate and B8 Real Estate have been appointed as joint agents. The buildings will be available on a freehold or leasehold basis from £110 per sq ft and £7.50 per sq ft respectively.
Situated on the established Northbank Industrial Park in Irlam, Eclipse sites on a 14 acre site and the first unit is due to be ready for occupation by the end of 2019.
