Davies Harrison has secured an 18,664 sq ft letting at Canmoor’s Eagle Park in Warrington having agreed a five year lease with new occupiers, Primeline Distribution. The quoting rental level for the warehouse was £5.25 per sq ft.
The high quality modern warehouse is situated within the well established Eagle Park development, which is located close to Junction 9 of the M62 and within a few minutes of Alban Retail Park.
